PMO (A) Compliance

Tasks

• Coordinate and monitor exit decisions within Financial Crime Compliance (FCC)
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Compliance, Data Analytics, Finance, and the Centralised Exit Desk
• Prepare and analyse data as well as management information for senior stakeholders
• Support and prepare decision-making materials for management meetings
• Document key decisions and ensure auditability
• Monitor and control accounts “in exit” from a compliance perspective
• Contribute to updates of policies and internal guidelines where needed

Requirements

• Completed degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience as a Compliance Officer and Project Manager
• Proven banking experience with a focus on Compliance and/or Risk Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Solid understanding of data analysis, reporting, and management information preparation
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
