Tasks
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test cases (UI and services) within the client’s tool ecosystem
- Validate customer requirements and test cases for automation feasibility
- Conduct tool evaluations to select the best test automation solutions
- Create tailored test automation strategies for client projects
- Mentor and coordinate testers while serving as the Lead Test Automation Engineer
- Execute automated tests and analyze results for continuous improvement
- Document and report test results to stakeholders
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automated testing, and a relevant IT background
- Advanced proficiency in at least two test automation tools such as TOSCA, Selenium, SoapUI, Ranorex, or others
- Programming experience in languages like Java, C#, C++, Groovy Script, or similar
- ISTQB Advanced-Level certifications
- Excellent German and English language skills
- High customer and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and a team-player attitude
- Willingness to travel and flexibility (high client interaction, preferably on-site)
